To commission a piece, or set of pieces, just fill out this form with a description of what you are looking for, the dimensions, and anything else you would want me to know when making your piece. Be sure to include your name and email. Once your form has been submitted I will get back to you with a quote, when you accept the quote, i'll get started on your piece.
